Matt McCann, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dash Level, enjoys building things. A current college senior has founded multiple clubs and programs at both Bergen Community College and his current school, Marist University. These include Debate, Public Speaking Club, and Men’s Club Basketball.

The idea for Dash Level came during internships and projects, where Matt observed how many businesses struggled with processes. What started as a small automation tool he built eventually evolved into a fully licensed CRM and automation SaaS product.

While Matt’s technical skills enable him to design and implement systems, he also brings experience in developing tools that enhance team performance, with a particular focus on sales enablement and management. His work supports more efficient workflows, clearer processes, and stronger execution across teams.

He is currently completing his education studying Business Management and Data Science.

Sydney McCann is the Chief Operating Officer of Dash Level, where she oversees operations, marketing strategy, data management, and organizational efficiency. A Boston University student studying Psychology and Business, she combines insights into human behavior with strategic business expertise to optimize systems and drive growth.

With expertise in data analysis and organizational strategy, Sydney helps companies scale efficiently, ensuring that software, services, and teams operate seamlessly. At Dash Level, she applies these skills to deliver innovative solutions and measurable results for clients.

Following her graduation from Boston University this spring, Sydney will return to New York City to lead Dash Level’s operations and continue working closely with clients. She is committed to expanding the company’s impact, strengthening partnerships, and driving continued innovation.

Roy Mathew, born in West Orange, NJ, moved to Dutchess County, NY, at a young age, where he has lived ever since and now raises his family. He attended Binghamton University and the State University of New York at New Paltz, graduating with honors.

He spent over 20 years working in finance, the majority of that time at UBS Investment Bank. During his tenure, he held various global management positions, leading teams across Europe, Asia, and North America. He is also an active investor in a range of ventures including real estate, fashion, restaurants, and high-tech soccer training facilities.

Faith, family, and football (soccer) are the guiding pillars of his life. A former collegiate athlete, he has received multiple academic and athletic honors, and has gone on to lead nationally ranked club and high school team.

He is happily married to his best friend and is enjoying every step of the journey raising their three children in the Hudson Valley.
